This is the first time in a while when I remember starting a run when it was already light out :o). The temperature in Rick's truck read 49 degrees but there was a bit of cold in the air. Long sleeve shirt worked well - considered gloves but decided against them. Hands were a bit cold but no complaints - MUCH nicer than January and February! Curt Johnston, Rick Fountain, and I knocked out 7.5 miles in a little under an hour. Started slow and easy - Curt's garmin had us close to 9 minute miles on the way out and sub 8 minute miles on the way back - I love finishing stronger than we start!
